Elite does a wonderful job! They send a confirmation email after I book an appointment and then a reminder email that lets us know what to do to prepare for their arrival. It’s efficient, informative, and very professional. And the carpets look great when they’re done! I was very impressed with Elite’s service. They responded promptly, and were knowledgeable in explaining their cleaning process and what to expect. Even sent us the name and picture of the tech who would be doing the cleaning. Very happy with results in getting rid of cat urine odors due to our cat spray marking the carpet in our new home and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend them to others looking for a good cleaning company. Punctual, thorough, professional and best of all, the stains in our carpet are gone. Amazing!!
