These values are very difficult to find these days! This company is locally owned, with prompt and courteous scheduling, with trustworthy technicians that are thorough and knowledgeable. The carpets are thoroughly cleaned, pretreated as necessary, and water is extracted very well so that the carpet dries quickly. Care is taken with furnishings. Overall this company is by far the best of the several companies that we have used. The first time I used them, I was initially impressed that the carpet dried quickly as well, I didn’t feel “upsold”… Now, many services later…add consistency, considerate, trustworthy and absolutely excellent service (and fair prices) all keep me coming back.
