With our 10 month old granddaughter coming for a visit, we wanted the carpets she’ll be crawling around on cleaned as well as a sofa and love seat that were looking kind of dingy. Jake from Elite did a great job. Better than we’ve had in the passed, by a long shot. The next day we noticed four spots on the carpet in one room that we felt required further attention and called Elite back, left a message and a few minutes later Jake called and said he could be back in her in 10 minutes and sure enough, he was. No quibbles, no questions. Actually apologetic. (And he shouldn’t be) He really wants his work to be perfect. And, it is. Don’t mess around with somebody who just makes your carpet wet.
